Of all payment systems operating in this moment in Belarus, EasyPay is one of the oldest. But she still has a number of features that highlight this decision among the closest analogues. This applies, among other things, to the methods of performing transactions, the security of payments, and so on. EasyPay is a purely Belarusian invention. What can not be said, for example, about WebMoney with its Russian roots. But citizens of other states can also use this electronic payment system.

A bit of history
Back in 2002, Belgazprombank OJSC began work on creating its own payment system. But the system does not start working until organizational issues are resolved. Moreover, even this is not enough for a launch. It was impossible to do without the legislative base of the relevant subject, but at that time it was simply absent in Belarus. Only in November 2033, the Government of the Republic adopted a decree regulating the operation of payment systems that processed electronic money. The Easyay system itself began its work in the fall of 2004, exactly one year later. Easypay.by - the address of the site where the creators settled.

At that time, WebMoney also worked outside the legal field. And EasyPay was seen as one of the possible alternatives. But it was not so easy to change the habits of users who still trusted the same WebMoney more. In the new payment system, every day there were more and more registered users, but their total number grew very slowly. And EasyPay could offer not so many opportunities as the Russian development.

Now the two main competitors coexist quite peacefully. Open Contact LLC is responsible for the technical side of the issue, BelgazPromBank OJSC serves clients' operations.

The Belarusian ruble is the main currency in the system.

True, BelgazPromBank OJSC for some reason refuses to provide information on money turnover, the total number of users.

EasyPay and main features

Naturally, the main work of the system is aimed at making it easier for customers to make purchases in online stores. More than 100 projects of this kind have already accepted funds from the EasyPay system. Of course, the outlets supporting the system are Belarusian. They deliver their goods throughout the Republic.

In addition, with EasyPay you can pay with some Internet providers, pay for the services of all mobile operators working in the country. So far, only residents of Minsk are able to pay for utilities.

Users can themselves transfer funds to each other. But such transactions should not be commercial in nature. This means that the EasyPay payment system does not allow official payments for goods and services if payments are made between specific people. True, no one will check this. And in general, from a practical point of view, such calculations between users have not yet become widespread. After all, while the electronic money itself, the systems are not very common.

The high percentage of the commission on transfers is another important factor holding back the active spread of such schemes. In EasyPay it is equal to two percent. Even Webmoney itself doesn't charge that much. But on the other hand, no commissions are charged from buyers when paying for services, making purchases.

But EasyPay has its own advantages. For example, you can use SMS messages to make purchases. However, only Velcom and MTS subscribers received such an opportunity. But everyone understands that this makes it much easier to work with the system. You don't need to install a special application on your phone to use this service. Official mobile app is, but not all models support it. Again, unlike WebMoney.

How about security?

It should be said right away that these issues were implemented here at the highest level. EasyPay has its own unique solutions that are not found anywhere else.

For example, "control one-time codes" are used here. In fact, this is the second password that is needed to make transactions more secure. This means that for each operation, users enter not only their master password, but also their control one. Thanks to this solution, you can easily track situations if a client, for example, logs in to the system, and then leaves the computer. Without knowing the control code, no one else, except the owner of the equipment, will be able to make a purchase.

Reusable control is obtained by all users after they complete registration. But you can buy a card of one-time control codes for 1400 rubles. There are several of them, but after use, each immediately becomes invalid. Therefore, each operation really becomes safer.

In addition, they use their own virtual keyboard in this system. It helps protect against spyware that monitors your keys. It differs from the usual one in that letters are typed on the screen using the mouse. This is especially true for those who work on someone else's computer.

The passphrase helps protect against phishing. For this, each user chooses his own unique catch phrase. Having seen the passphrase on the main screen, the user immediately realizes that he is on a real site, and not on a fake one.

Deposit and withdrawal of money

You can fund your EasyPay account in the following ways.

1. Transfer of funds from a Maestro plastic card issued by the bank. The operation is carried out only in the system itself.

2. Through any post office. Then no commissions are charged for purchases at all.

3. Info kiosks and ATMs of OJSC "Belagroprombank", OJSC "Belinvestbank"

4. Branches of settlement and commercial centers of the same banks

In different cases, you will have to pay a commission from 0 to 3 percent. It takes from 2 minutes to one banking day to deposit money. The fastest transfers are from Maestro plastic cards. You can withdraw funds in much fewer ways than replenish them.

For example, for the same Maestro cards. For this you will have to pay a commission of 2 percent. The operation is performed in 2-20 minutes. One and a half percent of the withdrawal amount will be taken if an ATM of another bank was used for this operation. But the total commission payment should not exceed 500 rubles for each client.

EasyPay (from the English "easy" - easy, convenient; "pay" - to pay) is an electronic payment system launched in 2004. The service is designed for instant payment for goods and services on the Internet. The unit of calculation in this system is the Belarusian ruble. The EasyPay project is the brainchild of Belarusian companies Belgazprombank OJSC (a commercial bank of the Republic of Belarus) and Open Contact LLC (a large provider of Internet services in Belarus).

Any person can become the owner of the EasyPay electronic wallet - both a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and a person who is not a resident of it. However, the legislation of this country establishes age restrictions on the use of electronic money: the purchase of electronic currency by persons under the age of 14, as well as the withdrawal of electronic money by persons under the age of 18, is carried out through their legal representatives.

To register in the system, the user must fill out a special form on the official website of EasyPay, having first agreed with the terms of the agreement with Belgazprombank OJSC and Open Contact LLC, and then entering his / her address Email and anti-spam code. After that, a letter with a registration key is sent to the provided e-mail (it must be entered in the form to confirm mailbox). Next, the user will need to indicate which country he is a resident of, enter a password to enter the wallet (8-25 characters long, consisting of Latin letters, numbers and additional characters), a question for identification by phone and an answer to it.

Wallet management is carried out through the web application or using mobile phone by means of SMS-messages. The latter method is available only to subscribers of Belarusian operators cellular communication velcom, MTS and life :). is available on the official EasyPay website.

To activate SMS-account management, an EasyPay client during the registration process will need to indicate the operator of the cellular network of which he is a client and the active mobile phone number from which the control will be carried out.

Upon completion of registration, the e-wallet details are displayed in the browser window: a reusable code for confirming payments (four-digit numeric code) and account identification number (eight-digit numeric code). This information is secret, and is provided only once - at registration. The specified details should be saved and proper data protection should be ensured to prevent unauthorized access to the wallet.

The user can change the reusable payment confirmation code, as well as the password for entering the system in the "Management" section of his e-wallet.

EasyPay features

All EasyPay wallets are endowed with a certain status. There are 4 types of wallets in the system: "Simple", "Simple +", "Personal" and "Certified". Depending on the status of the wallet, the user is endowed with one or another volume of available types of operations. At the same time, the higher the status of the wallet, the higher the set of available functions.

The minimum set of features is provided to the owners Simple wallet. This status is assigned to each EasyPay user and makes it possible to pay for goods and services from the catalog of goods and services registered in EasyPay. Also, for owners of the Simple Wallet, there are restrictions on payment (90 base units per day) and the maximum balance of funds (1000 base units).

The base value is an economic indicator that takes into account the purchasing power of money. At present, 130,000 Belarusian rubles correspond to one basic amount.

In order to raise the level of your wallet to the level Simple +, the user will need to provide the system with his personal data (full name, passport data, address of residence, mobile phone number).

The owner of the purse, endowed with the "Simple +" status, gets the opportunity to pay for goods and services from the catalog of goods and services registered in EasyPay (up to 90 base units per day); top up your e-wallet from other payment systems (up to 30 base units per day and up to 90 base units per month); withdraw funds different ways... The maximum account balance is limited to 1000 base units.

In order to raise the status of the wallet to the level " Personal", the user must link the wallet to his mobile phone number.

The following functions are available to Personal wallet owners: payment for goods and services from the catalog of goods and services registered in EasyPay (up to 90 base units per day); transferring funds to other EasyPay users (up to 30 base units per day and up to 90 base units per month); replenishment of EasyPay account from other payment systems (up to 30 base units per day and up to 90 base units per month); cash withdrawal to a Belgazprombank bank card, as well as to other payment systems. The maximum account balance is limited to 1000 base units.

In order to raise the level of your wallet to the level of " Certified", the user will have to go through the identification procedure, conclude an agreement directly at Belgazprombank and bind the Belgazprombank card to his wallet. After that, within 3 banking days, the Belgazprombank employee assigns the Wallet a Certified status.

For owners of Certified Wallets, there are only 2 restrictions: up to 90 base values per day for transferring funds both within the system and outside it (up to 2700 base values for transfers within the system and 450 base values outside the system per month).

Deposit and withdrawal of funds, service fee

There are five ways to deposit funds into EasyPay:

  • by credit card (using a Belgazprombank card tied to the wallet, free of charge, except credit cards, replenishment from which is subject to a commission of 1.5%; through the Internet banking system of more than 15 banks with a 2 percent commission; at ATMs and self-service kiosks with a 2% commission; through the Internet banking system and ATMs of Belgazprombank, the fee for depositing funds is not charged);
  • in cash (in post offices throughout Belarus, free of charge; at the cash desks of more than 20 banks, the commission is 2%, except for Belgazprombank, at the cash desks of which no commission is charged for entering; in Svyaznoy stores, with a 2% payment of the amount in favor of EasyPay + salon commission);
  • using payment terminals (through QIWI terminals, fee 2% + terminal commission; Paritetbank self-service terminals, 2% payment of the amount + infokiosk commission; Paritetbank terminals, 2% of the amount; Cash-in terminals of Alfabank, 2% of the amount + terminal commission; info kiosks of Belagroprombank, 2% of the payment amount; TBCPay terminals (Georgia), 0% commission);
  • from the personal account of a mobile phone (life :) and MTS operators with a commission of 2% + commission of the iPay payment system);
  • using payment instruments (exchange from WebMoney systems, Wallet One, LiqPay, Alfa-Click, TeleMoney, Promsvyazbank). The purchase rate is determined at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawing funds from the EasyPay system can be done in 2 ways:

  • transfer of funds to a Belgazprombank bank card linked to a user's wallet;
  • cash payment at a branch of Belgazprombank. The disadvantage of this method is that the client is limited by the bank's operating hours, and also the fact that if within 7 banking days from the date of registration on the website of the application for cash withdrawal the user does not contact the bank branch to receive funds, the amount presented for issuance will be returned to an electronic wallet minus a 3% commission.

To withdraw funds from the system, the user must have an electronic wallet with a status not lower than Simple + (indicate your personal data in your personal account).

For withdrawing funds from the EasyPay system, a commission of 3% is charged, unless otherwise specified individually by an agreement with Belgazprombank.

Users can also exchange EasyPay e-currency for the currency of other payment systems. The exchange rate is set by each exchange office individually at the time of the transaction.

When paying for goods and services, a commission is not charged from the owners of EasyPay wallets, however, funds are credited to the account of suppliers of goods and services that are not connected to the system of a single settlement and information space (ERIP) with a commission of 2% of the payment amount.

For transfers within funds from one EasyPay wallet to another, the system takes a commission from the sender in the amount of 2%.

For the restoration of the lost wallet details, the user will have to pay 25,000 Belarusian rubles.

The system also provides for the cancellation of the payment or its redirection to new details in the event of an erroneous transaction. The search for an erroneous payment is carried out at the request of the user. If the error occurred through the fault of the user himself, and not through the fault of the bank, the cost of this service will be 25,000 Belarusian rubles.

System security

To ensure security, the EasyPay system provides multi-level protection.

First, the wallet is accessed via a secure SSL connection.

Secondly, all transactions on the account are confirmed by the wallet owner using a reusable control code issued to the user during registration or using a card of one-time control codes (1 card contains 30 codes). This card is paid, if ordered by mail its cost will be 13,000 Belarusian rubles (in terms of the Russian ruble - about 50 rubles). Delivery is carried out only within the territory of Belarus. The card can also be purchased at one of the 8 branches of Belgazprombank.

Thirdly, the user has access to information about all visits to the wallet (the user is provided with information about the IP address of the computer from which the system was logged in, the date and time of logging into the system), as well as about transactions on this account.

Fourth, in order to avoid getting to phishing sites (fake sites-copies of EasyPay), a welcome phrase is displayed in the wallet of each user (for example, "It's easier for us to manage people than to prevent them from managing us"), the text of which the client can replace on your own.

Fifth, at any time the user can block his wallet if any suspicions arise.

Sixth, in the "Management" section, the wallet owner has the ability to restrict access to the wallet by IP addresses and countries.

Pros and cons of the payment system

Benefits:

  • high level of security;
  • protection of consumer rights (when making payments when purchasing goods and services using EasyPay, the user receives an invoice, which is legally equivalent to a regular cashier's check);
  • convenient management (to work with the wallet, the user does not need to install special software, it is enough to have any browser and access to the Internet on his computer; clients of Belarusian telecom operators can also manage the wallet via SMS).

Disadvantages:

  • inaccessibility of a number of functions to people living outside the Republic of Belarus;
  • commission for transferring funds within the system;
  • high commissions for entering funds into the system;
  • transfer limits and account balance;
  • limited options for withdrawing funds;
  • impossibility of withdrawing funds for anonymous users;
  • the system works only with the Belarusian ruble.

Output

EasyPay instant payments have proven themselves positive, therefore the popularity of the complex is growing, it is used by citizens of other countries, including Russia. The convenience of paying bills, goods and services makes EasyPay practical and accessible from any place where there is an Internet connection.

Hello dear readers of the blog site. Today I want to continue the review, which are more or less popular and used in the Russian Internet. Previously, I focused mainly on Russia, because I myself am a citizen of this country, but Runet has a much larger geography, so today I want to devote a little time to describing the possibilities Belarusian EasyPay .

In my opinion Izipey is closest to and with the only difference that they are focused on clients from different countries- Belarus and Russia, respectively. There are fewer negative reviews on working with the Russian counterpart, but there are somewhat less favorable commissions for transfers and withdrawals, however, depositing money (not in all cases) and paying for goods and services in Easy (as in RBC money) are performed without commission.

EasyPay - why is Belarusian money better than others

In general, the Republic of Belarus turned out to be bypassed by the international attention, which did not include this country in any of its three lists (in Paypal there is discrimination on a territorial basis). Therefore, the Belarusians did not have the opportunity to officially work with them, although it could be indicated that they were Russians.

Another thing is that there is an alternative international payment system that does not distinguish between citizens of different countries and allows you to make transfers around the world, pay for goods and withdraw money earned in other countries to plastic cards, including to residents of Belarus. And there is also one that allows you to work with it completely anonymously and does not bother with the origin of the funds spent through it.

Electronic money EasyPay is primarily focused on Belarus, although non-residents of this country can register in it. The system was created to implement the maximum simple ways payment for goods in online stores, utility bills, replenishment of mobile phone accounts, etc. operations.

When certain conditions Commission for depositing and paying for goods and services will not be charged, but withdrawal of funds or transfer to another Izipey wallet is subject to a commission (1.5% and 2% percent, respectively). All calculations are performed in Belarusian rubles.

It is noteworthy that, unlike the international systems already mentioned just above, it allows you to officially exchange your electronic units for, etc.

In addition, Izipey, to increase the security of working with your e-wallet, offers unprecedented way of protection... In any case, I have never met such a thing before.

  1. Firstly, account management can be carried out either by entering the EasyPay.by website (work is carried out with the inclusion of SSL encryption) by entering a username and password (after three incorrect entries, the account will be blocked for one hour), or it will be possible to manage it by sending SMS (at the usual rate of your mobile operator).
  2. Secondly, confirmation of each payment in Easy Pay can be carried out either using the reusable control code (four digits) issued to you during registration, or using a card with a list of one-time codes confirmation (purchased separately and costs 2,100 Belarusian rubles for 30 one-time control codes).

    It is the second option that allows the greatest degree of protection of the transfer to Izipey, because it will not be possible to find out or calculate in any way the next one-time code written on your card. This method protection is so reliable that it has been used for a very long time when encrypting messages of special state importance.

    The principle of operation is based on the fact that you are sold a card with 30 control codes, an exact copy of which is also stored in the bowels of the system. You consistently use these codes to confirm your payments, and the latter is used to activate the next card.

EasyPay wallets have four degrees of gradation, which allows you to realize different possibilities and have different upper limits for operations:

  1. Simple - only allows you to pay for goods and services from this list, but to receive it, you will not even need to fill in the fields with personal information.
  2. Simple + - will allow, in addition to paying for goods and services, to replenish your account in EasyPay from other electronic systems (with the exception of Yandex.Money), but for this you will have to fill in the fields with your personal data.
  3. Personal - will also allow you to withdraw funds to other payment systems, and transfer them to other wallets within the system (however, to receive this type of wallet, you will have to indicate and confirm your cell phone number).
  4. Well, if you need to realize the maximum possibilities in EasyPay, then start a Certified wallet, which significantly increases the limits of money turnover, but requires physical confirmation and signing of an agreement, which may seem inconvenient to many.

This payment system has existed for a long time (since 2004) and its owner (and creator) is the Belarusian bank Belgazprombank (hence the analogy with RBC Mani). Therefore, all methods of replenishing an account in Easy Pay through this bank (at its cash desks or from its plastic card) are not subject to commission. The same can be said about replenishment through post offices of Belarus (0% commission).

All other methods of depositing money into your account and the commission charged for this can be viewed on this page (including from the personal account of the mobile phone). You will only be able to replenish funds from other electronic payment systems (except for some reason Paypal and Yandex.Money) starting from the Simple + wallet.

Money with EasyPay.by will be withdraw (cash out) only in Belarusian rubles and only in the Belgazprombank bank (in cash or on a credit card) and at the same time a commission of 2% will be withheld from you, well, or it will be possible to exchange this electronic money for WebMoney, Yandex.Money, RBK Money, MoneyMail, etc. However, the withdrawal and exchange of Izipey will be possible only for the Personal and Certified wallets.

The exchange will be carried out through Roboxchange.com, which will inevitably entail additional costs. EasyPay account can be linked to your WebMoney wallet and quickly and easily exchange operations for WMR, WMZ and other title units.

Registration and establishment of a wallet in EasyPay

So, to register in Easy Pei, you will need to go through here... On the page that opens, you will need to select the country of which you are a citizen, as well as enter your E-mail and go through the captcha:

Next, you agree to the terms and click on the "Submit application" button. A letter will be sent to the specified E-mail, where you will need to click on the "Confirmation of registration" link, and on the page that opens, open the data about your Easy Pay password and reusable control code:

The opened data will allow you get the following features:

  1. Login and password - enter the system website and access your wallet data
  2. Greetings - understand that you are on the official Izipey website, and not on a phishing site (a fraudulent resource that exactly copies appearance original), where you will not see this greeting, respectively. A very interesting solution that allows you to significantly increase the safety of working with money by generating a unique phrase for each user.
  3. Reusable control code - with it you can confirm all your monetary transactions in the system. But to get an order of magnitude higher degree of security, it would be better not to spare a small amount of Belarusian rubles and buy a card with 30 one-time codes.

You will need to save this data in a safe place and best of all not on a computer. I did not gloss over the passwords shown in the screenshot, because this is just my EasyPay demo account, where money will never be deposited.

To complete the registration process, click on the link below "Go to wallet activation". Here you will be asked to enter your login and password for the first time.

It is noteworthy that to protect against keyloggers (special virus programs that allow you to record the characters typed on the keyboard and extract passwords from them), you will have the opportunity to use virtual keyboard(in general, now the problem is very urgent):

Well, for the final activation of the electronic wallet, you will also need to enter the reusable control code you received earlier (four digits):

You will be informed about the success of the activation operation and will strongly recommend filling in your personal data in order to avoid losing access to your account in Izipey and the inability to restore this access (you will lose money, in other words, and you will not be able to prove that they are really yours, which is a general trend in all payments):

In general, this payment system allows you to decide for yourself the dilemma of what is more important for you - anonymity or guaranteed access to your funds in case of any force majeure. You will need to enter quite a lot of personal data and they, of course, must correspond to reality, because when restoring access, you may be required, for example, to present a scan of your passport:

When logging into your account on the EasyPay website, pay attention to the greeting, which should be individual for each user:

All operations will be available to you on the "Wallet" tab and I think that it makes no sense to describe all this in detail:

The Easy Pei system made a very positive impression on me - thoughtful security, pleasant and not overloaded interface, good feedback about the work of the technical support service. If, in addition, the commission on all operations were 0% (as it is now done in RBK Mani), then everything would be perfect.

Good luck to you! See you soon on the pages of the blog site

Of the seven official electronic currencies of Belarus, one of them is this is Easypay from OJSC "Belgazprombank". All transactions with electronic currency are carried out in accordance with the rules and laws of the Republic of Belarus. The service provides an opportunity to pay, transfer money for services and goods without leaving home, directly from a mobile phone or computer. No need to crowd in queues at banks or terminals, just the presence of the Internet and a browser is enough. Also, they are widely used by online stores and other legal entities to accept payment for purchases and services provided.

Easypay is practically the same cash, but on the Internet. Advantages - payment mobility and time saving, payments to any part of the country without a personal meeting, when you make an operation, you receive a check. To protect payments during registration, the user receives a reusable control code.

The official website of the easypay.by payment system. All possible operations are performed on it, it has a Russian interface.

Easypay e-money features:

  • Make a transfer from one wallet to another,
  • A large number of ways how to replenish the Izipey wallet in Belarus, as well as withdraw money from it,
  • Link a bank card from OJSC Belgazprombank to the account and upon further payment for any goods, the money will simply be debited from the card,
  • Pay for all popular services, for example - housing and communal services, telephone, Internet, as well as for some Russian payments.

Important. As you know, with the adoption of the President's Decree in 2014, all clients must be identified - this means their identity is confirmed. This can be done at the bank's office, by mail about all the conditions, you need to get the latest information by going to the website. This procedure is also available to residents of other countries, for example, Russia, Ukraine.

How to top up Easypay

For Belarusians, there are no problems with replenishing and buying easypay electronic money. You just need to compare all the methods, commissions and choose the appropriate option.

  • Top up with any Visa or MasterCard bank card, the issuing bank of which is located in Belarus,
  • Through a network of terminals, ATMs, self-service kiosks, using the national payment system ERIP,
  • Deposit money from a mobile phone by connecting the mobile banking service, and also buy electronic easypay through ERIP.
  • Go to the nearest post office or bank cashier and pay in cash,
  • Through a network of payment terminals, from which, using cash, to replenish an EasyPay account.

How to withdraw Easypay

There are two ways to withdraw from easypay:

  1. On the already linked Belgazprombank card, if you do not have it, then it is not a problem to order. Bank commission 3%, crediting time - instantly.
  2. Cash payment at the offices of the above-mentioned bank. Commission 3%, money comes the next day, after 12.00. If you don’t go after them within a week, they will return to your wallet, with another three percent charged.
  3. Payment for services and goods in online stores.

As you can see, there is no withdrawal to other banks, which, I think, is being done to popularize their own Belgazprombank cards and an emphasis on various services, from which they also receive a commission.

How to register

Registration in EasyPay e-wallet is simple and takes little time. We come up with a password, indicate an email address, answer a security question, indicate your mobile number, if you want to link it to your account. Read the Terms of Service and then click on the Register button. A new window will appear with personal identifiers and a code that we save.

But in order to use the wallet, you need to go through identification at the bank's offices (free of charge) or by mail (20 thousand rubles). Personal presence and a passport is required! After 3 to 3 days, you will be notified of this procedure. To use EasyPay for clients of other countries - Russia, Ukraine, identification is also required, but only at the office of Belgazprombank.

Limits for one operation, replenishment from cards, transfer between Izipey accounts - up to 90 base units. Details in the picture:

That's all, I think, I answered the question "What is EasyPay" in detail. Have you ever used it?
