And also there is no contact phone number to call and find out the address of the service center, at least in Moscow. It is clear that I would not have taken this phone to Moscow myself, but would have sent it through the seller. Which I did.

If this post is read by representatives of the Archos company, then I want to say the following - it is not enough to sell phones, it is also necessary to engage in after-sales service. Why do people buy Samsung, Apple and so on? And it's all about the repair. Service centers are sea, they repair within a week, they clearly know the answers to the questions posed regarding the repair.

As for the phone, my review is the following - a terrible camera and a terrible display. It is clear that you should not expect anything more for 6,500 thousand rubles, but you also don’t need to spend this money.

That is, there is no problem as such. But, the whole point is that for some reason this company very much wants to hide its contact information. After all, there are problems that you want to solve the sooner the better. And one of these problems is the delivery of the device under warranty. I don't want to write on email and still wait for an answer for several days.
