A couple of months ago, my work 13-inch MacBook Pro Retina 2015, which served faithfully without stopping for about two years, began to warm mercilessly.
At first, I attributed this to the temperature outside the window, which in the summer conditions of the Ukrainian south rarely drops below 40 degrees. However, I also observed overheating under the air conditioner, which was trying to reach the 22-degree mark in the office.
The situation was getting so deranged that I had to close all applications except text editor so that you can somehow work.
What reasons for overheating did you personally come up with?
On the websites of many official and not very service centers today there is a remark - you need to clean the MacBook Pro at least once a year.

As a result, even after such minimal maintenance, my MacBook Pro, which can no longer be called very fresh, started working without any problems at all.
When I spun the laptop, I thought that I would take out of it downright rags from the dirt. Nevertheless, everything turned out to be not so sad - at least in my unprofessional opinion.
After the procedure, I came to the conclusion that even a minimal amount of garbage can be critical for the ultra-thin MacBook case. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you buy a screwdriver and at least occasionally just pour sand out of it as I did.
