Error 11 Play Market

Error code 11 Play Market issues rarely, but it is solved in the same ways as most other failures, namely:

  1. Reinstalling the application using root rights (this is described in more detail)
  2. In case the previous point did not help, we reset the device settings to the factory settings (that is, we make our gadget HARD RESET).
    To do this, go to the recovery mode (turn off your smartphone or tablet and simultaneously hold down the volume down key and Home. The method works on most devices, but exceptions are possible - then you can still try to press the volume down and power down key at the same time). In the menu that opens, using the sound control keys (up and down), you need to find the item "wipe data / factory reset" and press it.
    Please note that a factory reset deletes all programs and apps you installed previously, contacts, and your account. The only thing that is not affected is the data on the external memory card. Therefore, before performing a HARD RESET, we advise you to transfer everything that you can to it (for more details on how to do this, it is described).

Before us opens a list of all applications and services running in the system. We are looking among them Google Services Framework and click on it:

Go to SettingsMemory and press Eject SD card

Now try downloading or updating the application that was causing the error. After everything boots successfully without any errors, you need to remount the card back by going to Settings-Memory-Connect SD - card.

Play Market error code 963

Almost everyone these days has a smartphone, and more than half of all gadgets run on Android. Operating system from Google has established itself as a reliable product, easy to use and undemanding to the "stuffing" of the phone. But even in this OS and its main platform for applications (Play Market) errors can occur.

Causes of errors

Any system has room for errors. If only because it is impossible to create an interface and write all the classes in such a way as to completely eliminate problems. In the Play Market, as in any complex system, malfunctions may occur if there were some inconsistencies in its work. Problems can be divided into groups:

  • network errors;
  • application errors;
  • mismatch between application and system;
  • old version of Android OS or Play Market;
  • cache errors;
  • device errors, etc.
  • For each of the above reasons, certain errors may appear that prevent the full installation and operation of applications received from the Google Play service.

    What does the error code mean

    An error code refers to the actual assignment of a name to the problem that occurred. In order for the user to understand what happened, why it happened and how to fix it, all possible events are numbered or named. This is necessary for decryption: in order not to write out a piece of program code in which the user does not understand anything, all information is reduced to a short name.

    Table: typical Play Market mistakes and how to solve them

    The error code means that in this moment the Play Market application is being updated and cannot serve the user for downloading programs and games to the phone. In this case, the most correct decision of the user would be to simply wait until the Google services are updated and try to install it again. The store can bring itself up to date from a minute to several hours, depending on the speed of the Internet and the performance of the gadget.
    The second option for this error may be the case when this application was already installed on the device, but during uninstallation there were problems, due to which it was not completely removed from the system. It is enough to uninstall the old program and reinstall the desired one.
